John became President of Sun Properties in 2003 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He oversees the daily operations of Sun Properties/Hoagland Commercial Realtors which includes the Sun Property Management and the Sun Construction divisions.

John is the co-founder of Sun Properties which was established in 2000. With over 30 years in the commercial real estate field, John has continued to expand and develop the Leasing & Marketing side of Sun Properties / Hoagland Commercial Realtors.

Breck Jones

Partner
Breck is also a co-founder of Sun Properties / Hoagland Commercial Realtors and specializes in overseeing the financial operations of the company.

In addition to his Principal Broker responsibilities with Hoagland Commercial Realtors, Brian maintains an active role in tenant negotiations within most of our major properties.
